Cassidy Brown’s story
Cassidy Brown has been with MFA since 2016 and began managing the Ozark Agri Services store in 2019. In her words, Cassidy says, “I’ve been with MFA from the get-go. I've never worked for a different company. I'm a young person coming up in the world of agriculture, and it’s huge to have somebody who believes in you and sees your potential. And I want to be that role model for the younger kids coming up, the 4-H and FFA members in this community. The people that I get to interact with day in and day out, whether that be my employees or customers, I’ve really grown to have a great family here.”
Featured career: Precision Specialist
Colin Kraft’s story
Colin Kraft started his career with MFA in 2016 as precision specialist and is now precision manager for Districts 7 and 8 (southwest Missouri, eastern Kansas, northwestern Arkansas). In Colin’s words: “I wanted a career in agriculture, being on the farm, working with growers, giving them the solutions that they need, getting my hands in the dirt, being able to study and analyze data. My position now works very well with that. From MFA locations to the districts, to the regions, to the home office, I feel like there‘s a personal relationship everywhere you go. I always wanted to grow and do better in my profession, and if MFA gave me that opportunity.”
