MFA endorses higher-education opportunities that provide hands-on training for students while they earn a degree with a career path in agricultural operations.
To better meet the local workforce demand, North Central Missouri College offers a certificate option for students interested in working in local agribusiness. The Agriculture Operations Technology Certificate is endorsed by MFA Incorporated and will allow students to earn a 1-year certificate and the opportunity for an apprenticeship and full-time employment with MFA Incorporated. Students will gain a base knowledge through classroom instruction in the following areas:
