For the past two years, MFA’s Communications Department has been rebuilding the MFA Incorporated website from the ground up, with company-wide collaboration and assistance from MFA’s Information Technology Services and the team at thunder:tech, a leading web development and design agency. Led by MFA’s digital editor, James Fashing, the first phase of the immense project was realized in late September, when the new site officially launched at our mfa-inc.com domain.
The new site provides much more than a refreshed look and feel. It delivers a robust menu of features, enhanced content, improved navigation, mobile-friendly design and multiple ways to connect customers to MFA locations, personnel and resources.
Plus, the behind-the-scenes structure allows for faster load times, increased cybersecurity and more visibility in search engines, making it even easier for customers to discover MFA as a trusted source of whole-farm solutions.
Key features of the new site include:
• Improved content: Timely and relevant articles, information and imagery are built into every page, which will continually evolve with featured content from MFA’s agronomists, nutritionist, veterinarian, product managers and other specialists.
• User-friendly navigation: Improved organization, structure and labeling of content make it more intuitive for users to find what they want and need from the site.
• Modern and responsive design: The new design is based on updated, consistent MFA branding and adapts to different screen sizes, providing a better experience whether users access it on a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
• Accessibility compliance: The new site was built to meet federal accessibility standards, ensuring that our site is usable by everyone.
Additional features are planned for future phases. For now, explore the new mfa-inc.com, and we welcome feedback on how to make the site even better.
